Secure connection (https, Port 5006) with WebDav Server dosn't work, unsecure does (http, Port 5005)

Trying to setup a secure connection to my server (port 5006) using WebDav on NetDrive3 to my Synology server. Port 5006 is open on all routers and on Synology NAS. I get constantly error: Check your server setup.
Same setup, but using an unsecure connection through port 5005 works fine.
