Netdrive3 and Dropbox for Business empty folders

I am trying to open folders in Dropbox through Netdrive that contains just under 5000 items. When I try to open the folder through Netdrive, it gives an empty folder message. Opening it on Dropbox shows all of the files as normal.

When going to ‘Browse’ in Netdrive and opening the folder, it gives an error “Failed to get file list.” Other folders that do not contain a large amount of items open normally.

I see a similar thread in regards to Google drive, which suggests to change the API, but I do not think Dropbox has the same option.

The Netdrive version is 3.10.145, and I have the same error across multiple computers.

Dear ian-752d,

Thank you for using NetDrive.

Is there a problem with Dropbox for Business (Graph API) drive type items?
The problem is, when you open a folder with a large amount of files with the File Browser, it comes out as an empty folder?

Regards.

Hello.

Could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.

Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused.

Regards.
