Hi Netdrive,
After our server management created our new server enviremonth netdrive keeps looping at her start screen (blinking logo). Right below it says “initializing” It keeps doing that and won’t start.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
Change Log Level
First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE.
Go to Settings:

Change log level to VERBOSE:

Set to DEBUG if you use old version because there is no VERBOSE log level.
Get back to DRIVES screen
Changed log level takes effect when you leave SETTINGS screen.
Reproduce your problem !
After changing log level you must repeat your steps to reproduce the problem you have. This time it will be logged in relevant log files.

NetDrive wont start, so I cannot change the log level. I created a log file from the directory.

I reviewed the log files.
The causes of your issue is that ndagent and nd3svc is not running from 22 Feb.
Could you check the status of the processes?
You can refer to the following article.
If the UI is stuck in the splash window after running NetDrive, the service nd3svc.exe or ndagent.exe may not be running.
In this case, check whether nd3svc.exe and ndagent.exe are running by referring to the following.
Press Windows Key + R and type services.msc to launch the Services List.

2.Check “Status” and “Startup Type” of NetDrive3 Agent (Product NetDrive3) and NetDrive3 Service (Product NetDrive3) in the service list.
