Google Cloud Storage support

Hi,

I don’t understand your set-up instructions for Google Cloud Storage connection. Is someone able to offer assistance, please? By following the instructions in the past, I’ve ended up with a system that disconnects and needs continual re-authorisation with Google, which is not satisfactory.

Could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened?

It will be very helpful.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.

I’ve not experienced the authorisation drop as yet, but here are the log files that have been created in the last few days.

However, four are locked and unable to add to the .zip, even after closing NetDrive completely:
C:\ProgramData\NetDrive3\nd3log\nd3svc_Google Cloud Storage.log
C:\ProgramData\NetDrive3\nd3log\ndagent.log
C:\ProgramData\NetDrive3\nd3log_nd3svc_.log
C:\ProgramData\NetDrive3\nd3log\nd3api_explorer.exe.log

I will attach a further log when the authorisation is lost, if that’s required. I believe it’s related to the OAuth ‘app’ being in test mode.
