Yes the probmem still occurs, i tried another test.
I did a test by logging in to NetDrive via Wifi after I switched to LAN, I got the error attached.
Could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened?
After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
There is no login related credential information in the log files.

I got the files you attached and reviewed them.
A time-out error occurred when you tried to connect to your ftp server.
I think the server you set can be reached only on a same LAN with the server.
Could you try to connect on the same LAN with the server?
