Could you please confirm that the user data recovered by NetDrive is not exposed on the Net ?
Is the use of Net Drive secure even if the authentication is done via access to the Web Site api.bdrive.com ?
Is the protoc used FTP or FTPS ?

Hi,

No user data is exposed on the Net.

Authentication is done thru HTTPS, so it’s safe.

It seems that your drive item uses FTPS according to the log.

Could you please send us a documentation related to the api : api.bdrive.com
Also the inputs used to check and validate the license.

We don’t have a document about api.bdrive.com for our customers.

When users login from NetDrive, NetDrive sends user id and password to authenticate and receives a access token. Using this access token NetDrive calls an API of api.bdrive.com to check user license.
