Cannot connect to agent

Netdrive will not let me connect. I cannot access my Synology.

The program stalls at connecting to agent. I have to restart the services under services.msc in order for it to work. However, everytime I reset, I have to keep starting services.

Startup Type should be “Automatic”.


It is set up as automatic, however it does not automatically start on bootup.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no credential information in the log files.

Does the issue you faced persists?

I think if you start “NetDrive3 Agent” in manually, the issue will be solved.

If you start it manually and there is no problem, it seems to prevent the “NetDrive3 Agent” from starting.

It may be anti-virus program or malware protecting program.
