Can some error messages be explain?

sorry, I didn’t know this was a 7 days closing post. Still error 36 here :

NetDrive version: 3.5.250
Windows/Mac Version: MacOS 10.13.4 High Sierra

Sometimes getting “error 36” and “failed to upload”, as you can see on screenshots.

Is there a way to explain / avoid them ?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

I’ve reviewed your log files and I found it was not written in VERBOSE log level.
Could you attach log files in VERBOSE log level again?


This is really strange as I checked Log settings, and they already are in Verbose mode.
Anyway you’ll find enclosed a news Log file.

Hello, we ran into another problematic issue, as our customers bought many licences for NetDrive, they’re getting really


Basiquely, every files or directory shows the same date creation, 01.01.1970, and the modification date is correct, BUT indicates the hour -1.

you’ll find enclosed two screenshot, the Netdrive Windows and another software windows, listing the same directory and their informations…

For saving a office file issue, I can reproduce it on my mac.

The cause of the issue for the creation time is the following.
In your logs, the creation date format is different from the last modified date.

<lp1:getlastmodified>Mon, 04 Jun 2018 06:27:18 GMT</lp1:getlastmodified>

This issue will be fixed soon.
