Where is the log file to debug non-connection?

Where do we find a log file for debugging?

NetDrive3 shows no errors but it’s obviously failing on an FTP. Creates the drive letter with the chosen letter, names it “Windows”, opens in Explorer and it’s empty.
Also, can tell it’s failing to connect because picking Browse button, it shows the FTP site URL but it can’t be expanded.
