I’ve been using NetDrive to mount both dropbox and Onedrive volumes for my media server.
The Dropbox volume is now 50TB in size with over 22TB used and the server can no longer read the media files to present them to client players.
Is this expected behavior? Is anyone else seeing similar?
Dear @pedro ,
I think we need to check the log files.
After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
1. Change Log Level
First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE.
1A. If you cannot login
At your login screen:

Click SETTINGS at the lower right corner.
Change Log level to VERBOSE and go back to login screen to apply the change:

1B. If you can login
Go to Settings:

Change log level to VERBOSE:
[22]
Set to DEBUG if you use old version because there is no VERBOSE log level.
Go back to DRIVES screen. Changed log level takes effect when you leave …
There is no login related credential information in the log files.
Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused.

It will take me a day or two to get the logs since I’ll need to disconnect, reconnect, and let the server try to play some media in order to get a full capture of the data you’ll need

BTW, what is the advanced option “As a global drive” for? I can’t find it anywhere in the guides or help
For team licenses, each users mounted drive is not accessible from other users. This option is displayed only for team licenses and if you turn on this option your drive will be accessible from other users.
