Version update 3.9.1190 -- 3.12.246

Netdrive 3 is constantly requesting update to the “latest version”. This version does not show in any release notes (viewed through my Bdrive account) or any other form of documentation that I can find.
When attempting to update to the “latest version”, absolutely nothing happens after install except for the same update message. We have now also updated our router and although we are able to connect via webdav connection, no file lists can be found…

Can anyone help with this?

Please uninstall NetDrive 3.9 and reinstall NetDrive 3.12.

And could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened to your webdav connection?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.
