Unable to download to NetDrive mounted drive & path

NetDrive version: 3.5.434
Windows/Mac Version: Windows 10, Server 2016

Using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or IE, with or without Free Download Manager if a file is downloaded, and the destination is set as a NetDrive mounted drive & path the download shows as completed but when looking at the file system in explorer it still shows as a partial download file with zero bytes.

We tested with Chrome on Windows 10 and it downloads files without problem when we set the download folder to drives mounted by NetDrive.

It’s going to be a few days before I can get the logs needed. This is happening on my work system and there are a few other quirks that have popped up that may be related to our O365 instances requiring two-factor authentication.
