Unable to configure or use on Server 2022

I’ve been able to install NetDrive3 on Server 2022 but any attempt to change the configuration or mount a drive hangs the application. When the task is cleared by forcing a quit the application is no longer usable at all unable to even complete a login. This is with the latest version

I checked with Windows Server 2022 21H2 and NetDrive works without problem.

Could you send us debug log files?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.

Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused.

I tried to get the logs but I was not able to keep it running long enough to even click the button to open the log files location. I’m running 2022 Data Center Edition which may be why you were able to get it working and I can’t even get it stable enough to access any part of the GUI let alone opening & mounting my saved drives.

My guts tell me that this edition does not like 32bit applications at all since I’ve noticed issues with other 32bit apps & services that resolved when I use the 64bit version of the same application, driver, or service.

Thanks for the info. We found that NetDrive service is not running as expected on Windows Server 2022 Data Center Edition and we try to find out what’s the problem. If it’s because of 32bit incompatibilities we think it can take some time to release 64bit only version of NetDrive.
