The following errors message

Dear support team,

Since the latest macOSX update, I can no longer connect to the server via Ndrive. Before the update everything worked fine, but now I keep receiving the following error message:

“Koppelen is niet uitgevoerd” (Connection could not be established).

I have checked all my settings thoroughly, and there does not seem to be any issue there.

Could you please help me identify the cause and resolve this problem?

I installed version 3.18.835. The connection worked, but I cannot access all of my files. It’s not working properly.

Thank you for the detailed information. We understand that with the latest macOS update, the connection issue was resolved in the 3.18.835 test build, but you are still unable to access all of your files.

To investigate further, could you please send us the log files generated with the test build?

To help us diagnose the issue:

  1. Please set the log level to VERBOSE
  2. Reproduce the problem.
  3. Afterward, please follow the instructions in the following link to send us the debug log file:

The logs will help us analyze why file access is limited and allow us to prepare a fix.
