Single large file cannot be uploaded to S3

Hello
I have tested it several times. Mounting the drive as a disk symbol, simply copy-pasting a single large file, or backing up a large file to S3 through backup software all fail 100% of the time. The file size I tested is 22GB, and the error message is:
[FILESYSTEM] 02b58fdf-b764-40ae-a854-b677f4f82727.vmrs will not be updated. It’s modified or offline only.

Can you send me full log files?

Sorry for the confusion.

NetDrive supports uploading up to 5GB per file on S3.

Is there no way to solve this problem?
