SFTP is not working

Greetings, yet again.

I am having issues getting a SFTP connection to my provider.
I can connect via FTP, but not SFTP.
All the settings are right, aka my username and password, or I couldn’t connect via FTP, yet when I attempt to login via SFTP, I get a Username and Password is not correct, check your connection error.

Any help would be appreciated.
