Refresh problem with WebDav

i have netdrive 3 connected with WebDav on a remote synology NAS.

When I open an excel file, work on it and then save, the file disappear from the folder.

the file is not deleted, is still on the NAS, only is not visible.

If i disconnect and reconnect the file appear.

working with other similar software (like RaiDrive) all works fine.

what can i do?
