Problems copying a Copy Recovery Point to Amazon Cloud

Hi,

I have a Backup solution called Arcserve, with these software after the backup is completed, exists a second task that generate something called “Copy Recovery Point”, this CRP, can be stall in a folder inside the virtual hard drive, in this case a folder inside the hard drive generated by net drive. So that net drive can upload this content to the Amazon Drive. However, I’m having some issues in this process. Because the task finished prematurely with an network error.

Can you help me please?.

Change Log Level First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE.
