Problems connecting to SFTP

I am trying to create an SFTP connection, but it generates an error on the screen saying “Authentication with SFTP has Failed.” I can successfully establish this connection using FileZilla. What could be the issue?

Here are the logs generated as requested. We already have a working connection, but it is FTP. The issue lies with SFTP. We tried using the name TCLOUD-FTP, which is causing the problem.
