Problem file tmp

Hi,
I’m having an abnormal problem in a folder on the qnap server. In particular, copying an excel file inside the folder, the same results as a tmp file (accessing via netdrive) - by accessing the server locally, there is no anomaly in the file.

by disconnecting and reconnecting netdrive, the problem is solved

can you tell me the reason?

And attach debug log files to figure out what happened after reproducing it.
