"Please check the SSL information" Error

When trying to connect to an FTP site, getting the “Please check the SSL information” error.
How can I get past this and how do you accept certificates within NetDrive for FTP connectivity?

Hello.

Thank you for using NetDrive.

I think you are using “ftp with ssl” protocol not sftp.

Then, please turn “Use SSL/TLS” on option.

If your issue persists, please attach whole debug log files to figure out what happened.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.
