Please ask about WebDAV mount failure

Dear staff, I’m having trouble connecting to WebDAV with NetDrive 3, it won’t mount at all, but I can browse normally by clicking Browse but I can’t mount the local hard disk. What is the reason? I uploaded the image here.
Figure 1 is browsing normally, and Figure 2 is not mounting.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

1. Change Log Level First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE. 1A. If you cannot login At your login screen: [image] Click SETTINGS at the lower right corner. There is no login related credential information in the log files.
