Permissions error when moving Google Docs?

Hi,

I was enjoying the free trial on Windows 10 but came across an unexpected issue.

When I try to move files created in Google Docs from one folder in my drive to another (drag & drop/cut & paste), I get a Windows permissions error. I have checked and I own the file, and also there are no errors when I do the same action via the real Google Drive.

Here is a screenshot of the error:

Is this a bug, a known limitation or something else?

Thanks for your help

David

Dear David,

Thank you for interesting in NetDrive.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.

Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused.

Regards.

Thanks for your response. Happy to provide these logs but I will not post them on a public forum; while the logs may not contain credential information, they do appear to contain things like filenames.

Is there please an alternative way you will allow me to send the logs?

Dear David,

I changed it to a private issue. Please attach log file here.

Regards.

Many thanks

I see the Permissions issue whenever I try to move a file created in Google Docs, such as

Untitled document.Google Docs
Untitled spreadsheet.Google Sheets

Looking forward to your response
