PDF corruption using NetDrive 3 on Mac OS 14

We are using NetDrive to mount over WebDAV our company’s file storage system.

On a Mac with an Apple chip running OS 14, PDFs corrupt when we use the markup tools within Adobe Reader/Acrobat. This problem does not appear from Windows machines which use the same Adobe software.

Any suggestions?

2. Reproduce the problem.

1. Change Log Level First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE. 1A. If you cannot login At your login screen: [image] Click SETTINGS at the lower right corner. Does the issue occur when editing PDF files on a local drive, not a drive mounted via NetDrive? For example, please check if the PDF files get corrupted when edited with Adobe Reader/Acrobat on a local drive.

This information will help us better understand the cause of the issue.

Hi.

This only happens via NetDrive.

When commenting on PDFs natively there is no problem. Nor when I access our server via MacOS protocol - Connect to Network.
