Password field blocked

My MacBook Pro runs with macOS Monterey 12.7.4 (21H1123).
When launching NetDrive 3, I can’t enter anything in the password field.
I can’t log in at all…

Could you please upload a screenshot of the issue and log files?

To help us diagnose the issue:

  1. Please set the log level to VERBOSE
  2. Reproduce the problem.
  3. Afterward, please follow the instructions in the following link to send us the debug log file:

Please be aware that the log file does not contain any login credentials.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I actually can’t even change any settings as the SETTINGS section is greyed and I can’t click on it. (as shown on screenshot)

It seems that NetDrive background processes are not running.

Please force quit NetDrive and execute following commands in Terminal:

launchctl unload /Library/LaunchAgents/com.bdrive.NetDrive3.launcher.plist

launchctl load /Library/LaunchAgents/com.bdrive.NetDrive3.launcher.plist

I tried to execute the 2 commands (after force quitting) but it comes back with errors. (see screen shot)
Have I done something wrong?

What version are you currently using? Would you like to try installing the latest version below?
