Open FTP just crashes

Installed trial version to mount FTP server as local drive to monitor incoming files but Netdrive simply crashes on MacOS BigSur and macOS Catalina (installed on two separate laptops) when inserting login information and clicking on connect

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.
