Not reading remote sftp directory structure correctly

An SFTP connection has been made and successfully for quite a while. The last couple of updates to current versions have broken things. The last update fixed odd file/folder names in windows file explorer, but now on current version only some of the remote folders are displayed in windows file explorer.

I have validated that they are there as always, via other sftp clients, but they are not working correctly with netdrive3.

What is the diagnostic steps needing to be taken to get this fixed?

There is no credential information in the log files.

With the log files please let us know the file/folder names which are expected but not displayed.
