After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

How to attach a log file

1. Change Log Level First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE. 1A. If you cannot login At your login screen: [image] Click SETTINGS at the lower right corner. Change Log level to VERBOSE and go back to login screen to apply the change: [image] 1B. If you can login Go to Settings: [image] Change log level to VERBOSE: [22] Set to DEBUG if you use old version because there is no VERBOSE log level. Go back to DRIVES screen. There is no login related credential information in the log files.

As you can see ive got it set to connect at boot , but it wont so have to man start , Have ziped the log files for ease of uploading …

Hello tymawr,

I’m afraid some service program of NetDrive is not running.
Could you check your service list whether nd3svc.exe and ndagent.exe are running or not?

To check it, execute “services.msc” in run prompt.
Then check state and start type of NetDrive3 Agent and NetDrive3 Service.
The start type of them must be “Auto” and state of them must be “running”

Some anti-virus program and anti-malware program may change this options.

Thanks for the reply … checked the above and both are running and set to auto when clicked “ok” …
Have changed the drive to local from network and will see what happens, so the errors ect are nothing to worry about?

You don’t need to be worry about the error in the log file attached to the first post.

The errors in the log file were written while initializing.
