NetDrive version: 3.6.571 (Build 571) - 09/13/2018
Windows/Mac Version: Windows 10 Home (installed in august with no issues at that time)
I had problems logging in with authentication errors. I then updated netdrive to the latest software and now it will not open. It is stuck in loading mode.
The issue you are having is that nd3svc.exe or ndagent.exe is not running.
Check the status of NetDrive3 Agent (Product NetDrive3) and NetDrive3 Service (Product NetDrive3) in the service list. It must be run.
Antivirus or malware protection programs may stop them.
Nope, i don’t have any anti-virus or anti-malware. Also nd3svc and ndagent are running but NetDrive.exe would run only if I reinstall programm after reboot. (or without reboot if I have some crash, but only AFTER reinstall)

I have been using NetDrive on the same server, but never occurred.
It seems to be a problem of 3.6.571 not a client problem, so please investigate.
I fixed it after kill the process and restart netdrive.
However, I don’t know what caused the problem.
Although the problem was solved, when it occurs again I will write here.
