Netdrive3 to Synology Connection error

Hello,

For some reason, my Netdrive stopped working on my laptop but continued to work on my desktop.

I receive a “connection error” message.

Nothing has changed. I have even added an open port rule in my firewall for ports 5005 and 5006.
I have used (Bdrive - WebDAV - Help) & (Help)

I use an external IP address to access my Synology through the Netdrive

Could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.
