Netdrive3 Mount Fail Errors

I am using NetDrive 3 on multiple devices to connect to my synology NAS. I was migrating one of my computers over the weekend and ran into a problem I cannot seem to fix. I am using the same settings as on the other computers but am getting a “Mount Error” when attempting to connect on this computer. I have checked the block IP list in the Synology and no IP’s were being blocked. I am not using the traditional ports, but this had not been a problem on my other NetDrive 3 installations. I am using the most recent version 3.14.309.

Checked the log file and am getting the following errors.

[2021/12/28 10:50:52.170] [ERROR ] [ 9464] [SERVICE ] CMounter::empty_mount Mount Failed 2008:N:WebDAV (DS LOCAL)

Help would be appreciated.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

How to attach a log file

1. Change Log Level First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE. 1A. If you cannot login At your login screen: [image] Click SETTINGS at the lower right corner. Change Log level to VERBOSE and go back to login screen to apply the change: [image] 1B. If you can login Go to Settings: [image] Change log level to VERBOSE: [22] Set to DEBUG if you use old version because there is no VERBOSE log level. Go back to DRIVES screen. Changed log level takes effect when you leave …

There is no login related credential information in the log files.
