I found a error relative with SSL while connecting to S3 server in the log files you attached.
Could you check there is a fiile bdrive.res in the installed path? (ex: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bdrive\NetDrive3)
Please uninstall and re-install NetDrive, if there is not the file bdrive.res in the installed path,.
If the issue persists, attach debug log files to get more details.
After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
There is no login related credential information in the log files.
