Netdrive sharepoint not creating folder

Hello,
I have set netdrive t network drive and then after I open it in network share and start creating folder in it or cpyin/moving folder in sharepoint it showing error. We are able to copy/move files but not folder. Please let me know what to do.

It seems that the folder you are accessing is not mounted using NetDrive.
