NetDrive Service keeps crashing frequently and stops

the NetDrive 3 service keeps ceashing constantly and displays a crash message via a popup.
I have sent the crash report at that time itself to the developers but to no avail.
I now send the crash report via this forrum.

There is no login related credential information in the log files.
