Netdrive is not working correctly - cannot delete files

Hello.
I recently bought Netdrive and set up an SFTP Directory as a local drive in Windows.
I have perfect access to the files on this SFTP drive.
But deleting the files doesn’t work properly!
After I copied all the PDF-files to my personal folder, I wanted to delete the files.
I deleted all PDF-files via local drive (Netdrive), but it does not worked correctly.
Most files are still on the SFTP Drive. I deleted again and still the same problem.

Can you help me?
This issue schould be solved.
I work with windows 10. Updates are always current.
NetDrive Version 3.17.976
Access to write and read is already set.
Delete files via FileZilla is working fine.

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards

Dear kunz1,

Thank you for using NetDrive.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.

Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused.

Hi.
I made log level to Verbose and reproduced the problem.
After I put all logfiles in a ZIP.
Attached you will find this ZIP.
Hope you can help me.
Thank you
Andreas Kunz

Dear kunz1,

I have reviewed the log file you attached. In the log, Permission denied occurs when deleting a file.
I tested it by connecting to SFTP with that version, but I couldn’t find any delete issues.
Please check your SFTP settings again and try resetting the SFTP server. Then, try disconnecting and reconnecting the SFTP drive mount in NetDrive.

Hello

I tried all you recommended.
I tried all different settings in NetDrive3, but it runs still wrong.

Where can I set the correct permission settings in NETDRIVE?
Should I change some Windows 10 Firewall ports or some other things?
Is there a way to set NetDrive to work async or sync?

What are the next steps to become NetDrive fine?

There are some more problems:
-Download works
-Upload is not working correctly. I got always this message: 0x8007045D
-Deleting files on the SFTP is not working correctly. Some files are sometimer deleted, most times not!

Please help me out.
Could not believe NetDrive3 is running so worse.

Dear Kunz,

Please let me know how SFTP is configured on NetDrive and SFTP server.
Just take a screenshot as shown below.

Hello.
I tried new settings in sftp option.
Checked “Use server time for files…”
Checked “Use new file permission”
Checked “Use new folder permission”

I guess the goal was “Mount Point” to “System root”.

It works now correctly.
