NetDrive file lock service is not available_Old Issue, New Post

Had to start a new post since the old one already closed.
I am getting the red dot on the icon in the system tray saying “NetDrive file lock service is no available”
I have clicked on the link and got the message “It Works!”
The error persists since several days.

  1. Change Log Level First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE. 1A. If you cannot login At your login screen: [image] Click SETTINGS at the lower right corner. We need all log files because the push connection for file lock leaves logs in other file and we need to cross check the log with protocol activities and etc.
