Just noticed this bug on our server. When someone opens an .XLS file over a Netdrive WebDav share and makes and edit and saves, the file corrupts to a xxxxx.tmp file of the same size.
This doesn’t occur locally, only over the netdrive webdav share. We are using Office 365 version of Excel.

Can you send us the debug log files when the issue happens?
It will help us to figure out what caused the problem.
After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
Change Log Level
First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE.
Go to Settings:

Change log level to VERBOSE:
[22]
Set to DEBUG if you use old version because there is no VERBOSE log level.
Get back to DRIVES screen
Changed log level takes effect when you leave SETTINGS screen.
Reproduce your problem !
After changing log level you must repeat your steps to reproduce the problem you have. This time it will be logged in relevant log files.
Send Log File
Within your driv…
There is no credential information in the log files.

Hello customer.
I reviewed your log files and found out http 500 error returned from webdav server.
Http 500 error means “server error”.
I’m not sure what problem is on server yet.
I will research about this issue and if I recognize something, I will let you know too.
