Dear Marcel,

Thank you for using NetDrive.

Could you send debug log files to figure out what happened?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no credential information in the log files.

Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused.

Regards.

I generated the log file. I also send an email with mmj.vdlaan@gmail.com where I created a videolog of the situationNetDrive3_Marcel68.zip (275.7 KB)

Dear Marcel,

Can you check a few things?
Is the HTTPS Port number for QNAP’s WebDAV Service set to 8081?
Is the access right for the shared folder(Public) set?

Would you like to check if Use SSL is checked?

Please let me know if the problem persists.

Regards.

I have send also some screenshots in het email. Did you receive it?

Dear Marcel,

You mean “Netdrive Connection Problem 2020.mp4”?
If not, could you attach a screenshot to this topic?

Regards.

Yess i mean Netdrive connection problem 2020 and some screenshots you have asked for.

everything is set up as you asked. When do you think you have a solution. Have you viewed my log files?

Dear Marcel,

I have already checked the log file you attached.
If you check the nd3svc_WebDAV.log file, you can see the following log.

[2018/01/16 23:16:50.802] [ERROR ] [ 15420] [PROTOCOL ] Protocol::Connect::<lambda_37b48dd071d958e364b3ff470c2e2f0f>::operator () >> Got auth type but not support

Mostly, this problem occurs when the proper port is not used.
You can check out some topics.

If it is not a port problem, would you like to change the WebDAV Path as below?
You currently set the Path to “https://84.27.238.52:443/Public”.
Please set a server URL to “https://84.27.238.52:443”.
After that, press “BROWSE” button and set a remote path to “Public”.

Please let me know if the problem persists.

Regards.

I am not happy that my problem is a public discussion. I find it difficult to share private related information in public. Can the problem be tackled via team viewer? We keep emailing back and forth to no avail.

Also a screenshot how my router is and the settings for webdav in the Qnap

The last suggestions do not solve the problem
