Netdrive app stuck on login screen

Hello, I installed NetDrive 3 on my Macbook, but it is stuck on this screen, what could be the reason? There is no problem on localhost (localhost 127.0.0.1)

1. Please set the log level to VERBOSE
2. Reproduce the problem.
