NetDrive 3 not logging in with boot

I posted this a couple of months ago and received no response, so I’m putting it in again. I also found a thread that seems similar but doesn’t seem to have a resolution.

Every time I start my computer, I have to log in to NetDrive 3. This wasn’t the case with NetDrive 2. I’ve selected the setting to have it launch at windows and simply sign in. It doesn’t.

I’m using version 3.6.527.

I’m questioning why I paid for upgrades from 2 to 3. NetDrive 2 seemed to work more consistently.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

Change Log Level First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE.
