Netdrive 3.18.1147 does not load a local drive on login or when activated manually via the DRIVE or Config options. The problem is intermittent and Will load Netdrive 3 in about 1 in 10 tries including after computer shutdown. I can upload a zip file of the logs you require if you need it.

Hello Graham,
We tested version 3.18.1147 on Windows 11 , and the local drive mounts correctly here.
Your issue may be caused by the NetDrive service not running .
Please check the service status as follows:
Press Windows + R , type services.msc, and press Enter .
Find “NetDrive 3 Service” or “nd3svc” in the list.
If the status is not “Running” , right-click it and choose “Start” .
Then try launching NetDrive again.
If the service is already running and the issue persists,
please send us your log files for further analysis.
Please set the log level to VERBOSE
Reproduce the problem.
Afterward, please follow the instructions in the following link to send us the debug log file:

First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE.
1A. If you cannot login
At your login screen:

Change Log level to VERBOSE and go back to login screen to apply the change:

Set to DEBUG if you use old version because there is no VERBOSE log level.
Go back to DRIVES screen. Changed log level takes effect when you leave …
