NetDrive 3 Does not load - hanging on NetDrive Splash Screen

NetDrive version:3.1.286
Windows/Mac Version:Windows 10 Professional

None of the 30 users I manage can connect to netdrive - all are hanging on the splash screen.

2 hours later and I still have all of the users unable to connect to netdrive and no response from technical support…

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
