NetDrive 3 causing explorer (and other) processes to fail to close properly

I have two SFTP mapped network drives with Netdrive 3, running in Windows 7 Professional. There seems to be an issue with processes failing to completely close, it tends to start with explorer but eventually instances of other programs (Thunderbird, Quickbooks, etc.) having stuck instances as well. I believe I have narrowed the problem down to Netdrive 3. I was not having this problem with Netdrive 2. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, and if so, what is the recommended fix?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.
