MS surface go 2

Hi, I have a surface go 2 with windows pro and there is no way to mount the remote disks.

The same bdrive account runs on other pc (for example surface 7).

Can someone help me?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.

It seems that Surface go 2 cannot use applications not from Windows Store.

Windows 10 in S mode is a version of Windows 10 that’s streamlined for security and performance, while providing a familiar Windows experience. If you use Windows S mode you need to turn it off to use NetDrive.

Thank you very much.

I updated to windows pro, installed the updates and now it is running.

Maybe to switch off s mode was enough but I wanted to avoid any doubts.
