Lost ability to connect to Synology via WEBDAV and Netdrive3 on Windows 10 computer

Hi, I should start by saying that I have very limited knowledge of networks. I was able to connect to my Synology DS418Play remotely with webdav and NetDrive3 but now I get a connection error. Everything was working fine previously. Any advice? Thanks

Dear ldobday,

Thank you for using NetDrive.

Please do a few checks to fix the problem.

  1. Would you like to check the router settings?
Some users say the router has changed the https port after a software update.
    No connection to Synology WebDav

  2. Would you like to check if the user has permission to the WebDAV server?
You can set the permissions of “WebDAV Server” from the “Users” in the control panel of Synology NAS DSM.

  1. Could you check your DSM’s block list?
In the past, there was a customer whose ip is registered in block list of the Synology NAS DSM.
WEBDAV: Windows 10 - Synology - “Permission Error” After Windows Updates

If you issue persists, please let me know.

Stay healthy.
Regards.

Hello there,
My English is very poor, I use Google Translate to write this letter, I hope you can understand what I mean
I ran into the same problem
I am a new user and I am trying out the software, and found that I cannot use Synology webdav, but on the same device, I can use raidrive to connect
I also checked the settings of Synology, and there is no problem
Excuse me, what’s the situation?
Thank you
