Issues connecting SharePoint

We’re trying to connect a SharePoint Site to NetDrive but upon connecting and login onto Microsoft 365 Netdrive throws an error:

Authentication with TEAM_SharePoint has failed.

If I check the logs the following pops up:

Can someone clarify why this is happening?

What version of NetDrive do you use?

Please install following version and reproduce the issue with VERBOSE log level.

To help us diagnose the issue:

1. Please set the log level to VERBOSE
2. Reproduce the problem.
3. Afterward, please follow the instructions in the following link to send us the debug log file:

How to attach a log file

1. Change Log Level First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE. 1A. If you cannot login At your login screen: [image] Click SETTINGS at the lower right corner. Change Log level to VERBOSE and go back to login screen to apply the change: [image] 1B. If you can login Go to Settings: [image] Change log level to VERBOSE: [22] Set to DEBUG if you use old version because there is no VERBOSE log level. Go back to DRIVES screen. Sorry that I didn’t attached a link to a new version which generates more logs on the SSL error.

Please install following version and reproduce the problem.

Sorry for the late reply. We are working on the issue. We will build a new version with recent libcurl and dependent libraries and post a download link here.

Do you have an ETA on when this new version will become available? Right now, we can’t use the product where we initially purchased it for.

We apologize for the delay. During the process of updating libcurl and its dependent libraries, we encountered a need to upgrade our development tools, which unexpectedly resulted in complications within other modules. We anticipate requiring a few additional days to resolve these issues.
