I'm Solved the NetDrive3 Services not automatic start after OS Reboot problem!

Check when NetDrive UI is stopped in splash window

If the UI is stuck in the splash window after running NetDrive, the service nd3svc.exe or ndagent.exe may not be running. In this case, check whether nd3svc.exe and ndagent.exe are running by referring to the following. Press Windows Key + R and type services.msc to launch the Services List. But,the NetDrive3 Agent (Product NetDrive3) and NetDrive3 Service (Product NetDrive3) was “Stop” then “Startup Type” was already “Automatic”.

So tried Service’s “Startup Type” is change to “Automatic (delay start)”.
Then it was fixed.

I think that this may have been affected because there is a “TCP/IP protocol driver” in the dependency.
