I have installed Mac OS Tahoe 26 today and Netdrive doess not connect

Since NetDrive cannot connect to the agent after updating to macOS Tahoe 26,
please send us the following files so that we can investigate the issue further:

  1. A screenshot of the error message shown in NetDrive
  2. The log files

Once we review the files, we’ll let you know if an updated build (.dmg) is required for macOS Tahoe 26.
