I can't create and rename documents

I have been using NetDrive3 for several years. I use the webdav of NetDrive3 to connect https://www.ctfile.com/ I can normally create and rename documents before, but this year I have encountered problems. No matter whether it is an office document or a notebook, it cannot be created, renamed, or saved after editing, which brings me many difficulties in my work. I don’t know how to solve it. The software version I am using is the latest version 3.17.817

After uninstall previous version, please install following version to check the issue.

File rename works without any problem.

Can you rename the file with other softwares like Cyberduck?

I have tried other software like AirLiveDrive,I haven’t encountered such problems. But because NetDrive 3 has an upload icon, which is more intuitive, I prefer to use NetDrive 3. I found that NetDrive 3 can not only create and rename documents, but also upload files recently. It’s weird thing.
