I can't access in my Mac

When I Try to connect for FTP or FTPs, Webdav in my Mac the software don´t allow connect for security reasons, I open Systems configuration and I try clic to allow conections but my mac don´t let me to approve Netdrive

Hi I use Net Drive 3.9.1018 and OSX Hight Sierra 10.13.6
